Tom Felton is all a BUZZ with his American Talk

In probably the funniest interview to come out in the past week, Tom speaks “American” with Josh Horowitz at MTV along with Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint. Well, it looks funny; I don’t have sound at the computer I’m typing this at.

Tom Felton definitely gave the best overall American accent with his “Aww man, Justin Bieber! He is the man!” (hand gestures included), and Rupert Grint won us over with his pronunciation of “mozzereller.” We were a bit surprised, though, that Emma Watson had the most difficulty with her American accent considering she’s spent more than a year in the country at Brown University.

And to make things more serious once again, Tom spoke with Fox 9’s the Buzz about all things HP.

Harry Potter fans, the end is near. At midnight Thursday, the first part of the final film hits theaters. “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows” is the seventh film in the hugely successful series. Jason Matheson interviews actor Tom Felton, who plays the evil Draco Malfoy. Felton talks about the movie and working on the series for 11 years of his life — on the Buzz.

Am I the only one that doesn’t think Draco’s evil? Why do reporters always say he is? Misguided, yes. What are you thoughts Feltfans?

  1. @feltbeats It’s hilarious! I got it from Danradcliffe.com when I tweeted it 2 u but I saw it came from MTV & I’ve seen it pop up

  2. @feltbeats other places since then. Tom really is the best in my opinion. Too bad he wasn’t told to say y’all!

  3. I agree. Why do they always refer to Draco as evil? Voldemort is evil. Draco is NOT. He is the product of an evil environment, but he obviously doesn’t want to follow that path.

And Tom was so charming in this interview (as always.)

  4. The movie was awesome!!!
But there were only two little scenes with Draco 🙁 But our Miss Emma kills it <3 :D:D:D

  5. Draco isn’t evil. He is rude, a bully and wicked but not evil. Tom was hilarious and Rupert rocked the american accent. Awesome little interview!

  6. You are not alone. It never crossed my mind to consider Draco as Evil.

Since his namesake is sending back to “Dragon”, his perception as being Evil by the journalits, is more or less getting me thinking of the Medieval imagery of Dragons into Europe, as gradually Christianity replaced the former old pagans beliefs at the time.

    With Love,

    Sam.
