“Father of Mine” Lyrics

“Father Of Mine”

by Tom Felton

And father of mine, please bring back the times
And father of mine, remind me of my childhood times
And father of mine, say again feel like I’ve missed your advice, please
And father of mine, divorce had its price

I haven’t seen you quite as much as I’d like
It’s my fault as well
I just get caught up in my life
And right now I need your advice
Guidance with my life
Open some doors please show me some more
You can beat me at your favourite sport just like you did before.

And father of mine, please bring back the times
And father of mine, remind me of my childhood life, oh
And father of mine, say again fell like I’ve missed your advice, please
And father of mine, divorce had its price

And so through all my pain and tears I’m still holding onto those years
And so through all my pain and tears I’m still holding onto those years

And father of mine, please bring back the times
And father of mine, remind me of my childhood lifetimes
And father of mine, say again fell like I’ve missed your advice
And father of mine, divorce had its price

  1. Aw Tom, that’s so sad. But I love it because I’m the exact same way, well opposite actually. My dad got custody so I didn’t see my mom as much. But I’m sorry that you had to experience something that would cause you to write a song like this. It’s beautiful, but so sad.

  2. TOM FELTON I know how you feel because I don’t usually meet my father.Because my mother said that before I was born my father died because he had a sick.Well,my mother didn’t tell me what is my fathers sick.Maybe because she can’t stand that my father died.

  3. I live with my grandparents. My dad ran off when I was little and I don’t see him at all.
