BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards are a chance for you to recognise some of your own personal heroes in your everyday life and in the celebrity world.

We asked you to nominate someone out there, so amazing, that you think the world needs to hear about them. Your nomination could have been a sibling, carer, fundraiser or just a great mate. As long as they have done something truly out of the ordinary or selfless, are aged between 12 – 17 years and live in the UK they could be nominated.
