Mark Wahlberg apologizes for shenanigans during Tom Felton’s acceptance speech

As you are probably aware, when Tom Felton was accepting his award for MTV’s Best Villain, Will Farrell and Mark Wahlberg were dangling from harnesses above him as part of a “Best Villain” skit.

Some fans were upset, however, because Will and Mark kept interrupting Tom during his acceptance speech. Mark even said something like, “You’ve got to be kidding!” when Tom was trying to thank his mum.

Mark Wahlberg however, redeemed himself a bit in my eyes by coming up to Tom after the show an apologizing to him. Of course, being a British person, Tom Felton actually apologized to him FIRST (I have no idea why! What Tom, are you apologizing for interrupting Mark’s comedy sketch with your MTV award acceptance speech? LOL!). Watch the video below!

Tom also commented on the incident on his Twitter account:

and a big thank you to mark wahlberg for co writing my acceptance speech, we got together a couple of days ago and wrote that little skit x

i was joking about the wahlberg speech! i was a bit stumped by the situation but did my best, not an everyday occurrence x

I think Tom did a great job and didn’t seem phased at all by the situation! Quite a pro!

New low-quality video of Tom Felton winning the MTV Movie Award for Best Villain

Thanks to loristask on YouTube, we now have low-quality video of Tom Felton winning the MTV Movie Award for Best Villain earlier tonight!

In the video, you can see Tom thanking the Potter cast and crew, his girlfriend Jade, and his mum Sharon. You can also see all the occasions of Mark Wahlberg talking over Tom’s acceptance speech, which I was a bit annoyed with.

Also, here is another low-quality video from johnstreetchannel:

Tom Felton confirms his girlfriend Jade will play Astoria Malfoy in “Deathly Hallows”

Thanks to MTV, Tom Felton has confirmed that his real-life girlfriend Jade will play Astoria Malfoy in “Deathy Hallows” epilogue. We’ve suspected this for a while, and now it has been confirmed!

“The producers actually came to me about six months ago and asked me, and I was like, OK, I’ll ask her. She was slightly reluctant but I pulled her arm and twisted it and then she was filming with me for three days at King’s Cross,” he said.

He joked that their relationship, which has been going on for the past two years, moved very fast in those three days. “We had a kid together, it was all very rush rush. So yeah, we were married for three days. It was very fun,” he joked. “It gave me a chance to see what she would look going to look like in 19 years and, if that’s what she’s going to look like, I’m doing pretty well for myself.”
