According to MTV, Tom Felton will be presenting a never before seen clip from his upcoming feature “Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes”. MTV will be cutting to Tom on the red carpet during the finale of America’s Best Dance Crew, airing at 7:30 EST. immediately before the MTV Movie Awards kick off at 9 EST.
There is still time to vote for Tom for Best Villain. The MTV Movie Awards air Sunday June 5th!

Last year they live streamed the red carpet online. Not sure if they will be this year.
