Total Film spoke in their latest issue with the Harry Potter stars Tom Felton, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson. Tom told how he felt when he saw Malfoy Manor.

“I was so excited to finally see my house! I was like, ‘Where’s my room?'” laughs Tom Felton, reprising his role as Potter’s nemesis Draco Malfoy. “The set is quite magnificent. As it turns out, we’re living fairly well. It even has its own organ – that’s how posh we are!”

He said about his life after Harry Potter:

Felton, who’s since signed on for monkey-invasion prequel Rise Of The Apes, is equally conflicted about life after Potter: “It’s quite nerve-racking – you don’t realize how good you had it for those 10 years. But it’s also very exciting, the unknown and what’s going to happen over the next 10 years.”

Tom spoke also about his other film projects.

Malfoy has left Hogwarts, but don’t expect him to fade away. “The next couple of years is a great time for me to use what I’ve learnt,” says Tom Felton. “I’m going to have a real good crack at it!”

How does it feel now there’s finally no more Potter?

A little bizarre. I’ve realized how good we had it. We had an amazing time.

 You’re in The Apparition and filming Rise Of The Apes…

 I had two weeks spare in the middle of Deathly Hallows and my America agent said, ‘Come out here and do some meetings.’ A couple of weeks later I was filming The Apparition. In Rise Of The Apes I play a gentleman called Dodge with a US accent. He’s another not so pleasant character.

And you’re toying with a golf film?

Nothing’s been signed, but I was thinking of going for a cheeky round after this interview for research! (Note from us: Tom has confirmed in the interview with APE CENTRAL.NET this role.)
