Tom Felton Talks Props with the Hero Complex

In a follow-up to a recent interview with the LA Times Hero Complex, Tom gives reporter Geoff Boucher a hands-on tour of the props from the Harry Potter films currently on display at Warner Brothers Burbank Studios.

One of the nicest people in the “Potter” cast plays one of the nastiest characters. I first sat down with Tom Felton , who portrays Draco Malfoy with memorable sneer, back when he was filming the sixth movie in the franchise and I had the honor of interviewing him this past summer on stage at Comic-Con International in front of more than 6,000 fans. When I heard he would be in Los Angeles last week I lined up a special treat for you Hogwarts fans, a guided tour of the “Potter” props and costumes, which you can watch below.

I loved the look of nostalgia he kept giving Emma’s petrified double. What did you think of his tour, Feltfans?

Tom Felton Dishes with the LOOK

In a recent interview with London’s weekly tabloid for young girls, LOOK Magazine, Tom dished on how he wish he’d stolen a broom from the Harry Potter sets, and how he is a young Casanova at heart.

“They keep all the brooms under lock and key. I may have to make one last little raiding trip the next time I’m back there!”

“I can’t tell you what I’ve stolen! They’ve given me Draco’s Slytherin ring, with a snake on it, and a tie pin.”

“I’m incredibly romantic. Young Casanova here! Once every couple of months, I do things properly.

“It sounds corny, but I also play ballads on the guitar.”

Tom Felton Interviewed BTS of “Deathly Hallows”

The bad part about checking my email before I have my morning pot of caffeine is that I tend to miss one or two of the good ones amidst all the junk. Take for instance this lovely interview of Tom, seated behind-the-scenes of “Deathly Hallows.” Uploaded by Katie Bell of Snitchseeker, Tom discusses Draco’s urges and conflictions in regards to Harry.

Now, I wonder what else I may have missed in there…

Tom Felton plays mother with MTV at tea time.

UPDATE: MTV.com has also released a short article in conjunction with the videos below that recap Tom’s fortuitously plucky words on the end of the era. You can read it here.

Thanks to Terri for letting us know about Tom’s interviews with MTV’s Rough Cut. In the series of five clips, we learn:

1. Tom’s not sure exactly which scenes he shot are in which film.
2. How terrified he is of the ultimate Potter villain, Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort.
3. How a favorite scene of his includes being punched by Hermione in PoA.
4. How he wanted a hug and kiss between Harry and Draco on the platform at the end.
5. How to make a proper cup of English tea.
