As we reported here, Tom’s song “If You Could Be Anywhere” is in a German film. Today, the CD with the soundtrack of “Türkisch für Anfänger” (Turkish for Beginners) was released, therefore we now have scans of the booklet and the inlay from the CD. 😉 (Tom’s song is No. 6)
So far I have not seen the movie, but the film received great reviews.

Now I’ve seen “Türkisch für Anfänger” and the movie is really funny. You hear the song quietly in the background during a scene. They play about half the song. It was really great to hear Tom’s song in the film. 🙂

Today I discovered by accident that the song “If You Could Be Anywhere” by Tom will be in a German film. The release date of the film “Türkisch für Anfänger” (Turkish for Beginners) is this Thursday and an album with the soundtrack, including Tom’s song, will be released on 16th March.
I have no idea how long you can hear the song in the movie, but I got the confirmation that the song is in the film.
