Tom Felton and Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH):
Tom played in the first David Holmes Cricket in 2009, as Slytherin Captain, since then he has supported our Charity Cricket Cup and this year he will play in his 7th match as a member of Team Slytherin! Tom Felton has been a committed and enthusiastic supporter of Great Ormond Street Hospital charity since 2015 and has helped us including multiple visits to GOSH, thank you videos for patients, being the face of our Emergency Appeal in 2020 and Omaze campaign this year. In 2024, he also opened the new refurbished Mildred Creak Unit. At the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, they help give seriously ill children the best chance, and the best childhoods, possible. Because they believe no childhood should be lost to serious illness. Your money will go towards funding ground-breaking research, cutting-edge medical equipment, and the building and refurbishment of child-centred facilities.
David Holmes and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH):
David Holmes began his Stunt Career when he was just 14 years old and qualified for the Stunt Register when he was 22. Then in January 2009, David was left paralysed after an accident on set whilst rehearsing a stunt. After his accident he was based in the Stanmore Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, where the staff took great care of him and in April 2013, David had the honour of becoming an Appeal Ambassador for the RNOH Appeal. “Spinal Cord Injury paralyses someone every 4 hours”. The money donated to the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) will go towards The Spinal Cord Injury Centre, dedicated to comprehensive rehabilitation for people who experienced life changing spinal cord injuries. The Centre needs funds for its out-dated Day room to create a space that enhances the wellbeing of patients, promotes community and elevates morale during recovery.
We from Feltbeats wish Tom a wonderful 30th Birthday! May your birthday and every day be filled with the warmth of sunshine, the happiness of smiles, the sounds of laughter, the feeling of love and the sharing of good cheer.
As we reported yesterday, we launched a special birthday project for his birthday.
Our talented Admin, Rotae, has created a beautiful design that features many of Tom’s talents and interests, and has put it on a shirt that all of you can purchase. The proceeds of the shirts will go to the Great Ormond Street Hospital, one of Tom’s favorite charities! The more shirts we sell, the more we get to donate to a great organization. The campaign ends on October 22, 2017.

And we did more. We created a birthday ad for him, which is available online and in the print edition of the Surrey Mirror Series this week.
Tom signed a “Slytherin Flag & Cap” for a charity auction by Rays of Sunshine. Now you can bid for both on eBay.
