Bare Belly Baby: Is that Tom Felton’s skin I see before me?

Like the good tease that he is, photographer Kai Z. Feng has decided to update his Twitter with some previously unreleased photos of Tom from last years photoshoot. Included are a nice belly shot that was popular that day, a colored version of a personal favorite, and a close-up worthy of… I’ll let you finish that thought.

Thanks, Kai!

It’s in color!

Tom Felton. MTV. News. Any questions?

Once again our inboxes are flooded here at Feltbeats with bits and bobbles featuring Tom in relation to his Best Villain Award at the MTV Movie Awards. While we’ve been posting what we can as it’s come in, it seems the damn has broken and once again, a round-up post of Tom-related goodness is before you.

First up, it seems the British papers and websites have been remarking on their boy receiving the golden popcorn trophy from a pair of danglers. Tom’s win has been mentioned on ITN, Digital Spy, the Metro, The Independent, the Daily Mirror, the Daily Record,  the Daily Mail, the Guardian and Ok! Magazine.

A brief synopsis from all of the above courtesy of the Daily Record:

Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg were hilarious as they dangled above the stage then presented the Best Villain award to Tom Felton for his role as Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter.

It wasn’t only the online world that oh’ed and ah’ed over the MTV Movie Awards. Check out these print articles for a brief rundown of who else won, the best performances, and the best moments. Can you find the mentions of Tom in these pages? We can! They’re quite “memorable.”

News on Tom Felton’s MTV win: The Elegance, the Lows, and the BBC

As to be expected, interviews with Tom are making their way online this Monday morning in regards to Tom’s win last night, and all of them are quite favorable towards our favorite villain. In an after interview with MTV News, Tom told them it was all, “Very exciting! The most surreal moment of my life. I had Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell hanging above my head on a wire. So, yeah, I can’t know what to make of that.”

From BBC News:

British actor Tom Felton, 22, won the best villain prize for his performances as Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter films, beating Oscar winner Christoph Waltz – for Inglourious Basterds – who was in the same category.

“It’s ridiculous really, isn’t it?” Felton said.

“To be in the same category as him is a bit of a joke, really, let alone to actually beat him.”

Felton’s award was presented by actor Mark Wahlberg and comedian Will Ferrell, who both initially hung above the stage on trip wires.

The pair were spoofing last year’s awards when Sacha Baron Cohen, dressed as his character Bruno, flew in on a wire before landing on rapper Eminem and baring his naked backside.

Speaking of Marky Mark and his wire-hanging, it seems we weren’t the only ones upset with his interruption of Tom’s speech. In a Highs and Lows article on Yahoo! Movies, the former underwear model’s dangling wasn’t taken too kindly.

After completing an almost-funny skit that involved them hanging by wires above the stage, Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg dangled above Tom Felton while he accepted his Best Villain award for playing Draco Malfoy in the latest “Harry Potter” flick. Felton delivered the most straightforward speech of the night, which apparently didn’t sit well with Wahlberg. “It’s not a [bleeping] Oscar,” he shouted, and then told the 22-year-old actor to keep talking and enjoy his win, because “it’ll never happen again.” For someone who kick-started his career in underwear ads and as Marky Mark, you would think Wahlberg would be less dismissive of potential up-and-comers.

But all was well even with his speech interruption. Tom’s new non-blond look was noticed, as was his excitement at being there.

Tom took away the trophy beating out the ones like Helena Bonham Carter, Stephan Lang, Ken Jeong and Christopher Waltz. It is the first major award comes to the pocket of the proud 22 years old British actor, who got hugely excited after grabbing it at the podium of MTV Awards’ night.

His new look with a short hairdo sports him as a suave-classy guy. The long blonde tresses have gone replaced by the short ones, which look more elegant on the lad. Everyone liked this new avatar of the guy, who says he is much passionate to make his mark in the film fraternity with his prowess and the histrionics.

Stay with us as more news comes in on Tom’s big win.

New Photos of Tom Felton on Platform 9 3/4

Thanks to Scar Potter we have a few more photos of Tom and his co-star Rupert Grint on Platform 9 3/4 as they film the epilogue for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.”

Also included are some back shots of Tom with his Draco!Hair visibly braided down his back, and his onscreen son Scorpius hanging out with the Potter brats (because it was too odd not to include).

Am I the only one who thinks he looks like a young Dumbledore with the beard and long hair?
