Tom Felton joins the cast of the Spoof Comedy ‘Fackham Hall’

Variety reported a few days ago that Tom Felton has joined the cast of Fackham Hall.

Tom Felton (the “Harry Potter” franchise), Damian Lewis (“Billions”) and Ben Radcliffe (“Masters of the Air”) have joined the cast of Brit period comedy “Fackham Hall” alongside the previously announced Thomasin McKenzie, Katherine Waterston and Emma Laird.
From director Jim O’Hanlon and created by comedian Jimmy Carr (who will play a supporting role), the film is set to begin principal photography this week in the U.K.

Described as a spoof comedy movie in the vein of “Airplane!” and the “Monty Python” movies by writers Jimmy Carr, Patrick Carr and the Dawson Brothers, “Fackham Hall” follows loveable pick-pocket Eric Noone (Radcliffe) as he lands a job at English manor house Fackham Hall. He quickly rises through the ranks and a forbidden romance with lady-of-the-house Rose Davenport (McKenzie) blossoms. But when an unexpected murder occurs, Eric gets framed — leaving Rose and her family’s future perilously uncertain. Lewis will play master-of-the-house Lord Davenport while Felton is Archibald, Eric’s main rival for Rose’s hand.

A lovable pick-pocket Eric Noone (Radcliffe) who moves into the English manor house of Fackham Hall. He has a forbidden romance with Rose Davenport (McKenzie) and is framed for a murder, while Archibald (Felton) becomes Eric’s rival and vies for Rose’s hand in marriage. At the same time, rivalries are spilling over in the Davenport family, led by Lord and Lady Davenport (Waterston) as they also weather the epic failure of the wedding of their eldest daughter (Laird) to her caddish cousin.

Tom Felton’s play “A Child Of Science” is nominated for Best New Play at the UK Theatre Awards 2024. The winner will be announced on Sunday 20th October 2024.

The nominees for this year’s UK Theatre Awards have been announced. The UK Theatre Awards celebrate the very best of theatre across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Awards are given for creative excellence and outstanding work both on and off stage, including the Outstanding Contribution to British Theatre Award and the coveted UK’s Most Welcoming Theatre Award. The winners will be announced at this year’s ceremony, taking place on Sunday 20 October at 8 Northumberland Avenue, hosted by Faye Tozer.

Tom Felton joins the cast of the Horror Thriller “They Will Kill You”

The Hollywood Reporter reported a few days ago that Tom Felton has joined the cast of They Will Kill You,

They Will Kill You is described as a horror feature laced with black humor and telling the story of a woman (Beetz) who answers a help wanted ad to be a housekeeper in a mysterious high-rise in New York City, not realizing she is entering a community that has seen a number of disappearances over the years and may be under the grip of a Satanic cult.

Tom will portray a member of the cult. Filming is scheduled to begin in mid-September.

The thriller being produced by Nocturna Pictures, the horror label formed earlier this year by Skydance and Andy and Barbara Muschietti.
